Explanation / Answer
One of the points that I read and I'd like to reflect is that the women are not given the power and the tools to make changes despite being told thst they will be given the leadership position.
This makes for an undying pressure on the women in power position to not only fulfill gender roles of the society but also break through those and be a position of power in worth.
A personal experience that I saw was that an accomplished faculty in our domain didn't get the promotion and instead a male got the promotion and became the head of the department.
