What is important to do to become a valuable team member if you're a foreigner?

To become a valuable asset of the company and a valuable team member if you are a foreigner, then you need to be enthusiastic about your work. As your work is in a different country, you should pitch out ideas which you have used in your country. Learn the language of that country, love your company, be friends with your colleagues and be a team member don’t just isolate your self from others. Take part in meetings and activity which can grow the company.

How can you make it easier to adjust to these two different cultures?

In starting it is tough to adjust in that culture, as you don’t know the language of that country, but sooner or later you will get hang of it and will follow the culture. One just needs some time to adjust. Be friends with locals and employees of that company. Talk to them, discuss the culture of the country, try to learn the language of the country.
