23 . tryaceyl glycerols are digested by the action of glucagon, thyroid hormone , growth hormone and they initiate an enzyme cascade which starts with cAMP which activates triaceyl glycerol lipase and this releases one fatty acid chain and then produdes diaceyl glicerol which is then again undergo enzymatic cleavage by diaceyl glycerol lipase to release monoaceyl glycerol and free fatty acid. Monoaceylglycerol lipase then acts on monoaceylglycerol to release fatty acid and glycerol.
