Explanation / Answer

STRATUM SPINOSUM contains dendritic ( langerhans) cells. Actullsy they are present in all layers of epidermis but are most proninent there.

STRATUM BASALE contains the mitotic keratinocytes , it is a single layer of cells primarily made of basal cells, and all the keratinocytes are produced from a single layer which is constantly going through mitosis inorder to produce new cells.

STRATUM BASALE contains the melanocytes, it is the bottom layer of skin's epidermis. It produce a dark pigment known as '' Melanin'' which is responsible for the colour / tone of skin.

STRATUM CORNEUM contains anucleated and dead layer of cells which are completely filled with keratin .

STURNUM BASALE contains keratinocytes which is a predominent cell type in epidermisforming the outermost layer of skin.

STRATUM BASALE contains merkel cels in the basal epidermal layer of skin ( nail bed , palms , soles etc).

ALL LAYERS of skin contain tactile corpuscles , as they are the type of nerve endings which are sensitive to light touch and are located in the skin.

ALL LAYERS of skin contain pacinian corpuscles , as they are sensitive to pressure and vibration. They are present on the hypodermis of the skin.

Non of these layers contain blood vessels as they are present in the dermis of skin.

STRATUM LUCIDUM contains cells with pre -keratin granules , it is a thin , clear layer of dead cells in epidermis.
