Explanation / Answer

Answer:

The Diabetes Mellitus which occurs when in our body there is very high level of the blood sugar. So this DIabetes Mellitus is been divided into two types which is Diabetes Mellitus 1 and Diabetes Mellitus 2.
So the Diabetes Mellitus 1 begin when the organ pancrea. The organ which is responsible for producing the insulin does no longer begin to produce the insulin now which results in diabetes mellitus 1.

And the Diabetes Mellitus 2 occurs when the is the condition occurs of the insulin resistant in our body. in this condition the cell which are present in our body cannot able to respond to the insulin properly and whichmay result in the development of the insulin in our body at low level. And these diseases persist in our body to progress as long as the proper medication cannot given.

The physiological process in these disease include when the nedd of the body for the insuin and the amount of the body produces get differ. In other words the production and the demand of the insulin in the body gets differ which may lead to the Diabetes Mellitus.

When the person in suffering from the Diabetes Mellitus the physiological process involved that the pancreas which is responsible for the production of the insulin which is usually found in islets of langerhans in the pancreas. As if the condition occurs where the amount of the level of the insulin goes down the glusoce absorption will ot be in the proper case by the body cell which are responsible for absorbing it properly.

As due to which the level of the glucose is very high in the body which will have the effect on kidney reabsortion as in the kidney reabsorbtion the glucose will reach at peak point due to which the glucose has been excreted through the urine. As the result of which the pressure as the osmotic pressure of the urine will get increase and which resultes in the inhibition of the absorbtion of water by kidney.which may further result in increased in level of urine production due to which it may also result in the increase in the level of fluid loss.

The various organs and also the systems may get affected by the daibetes. This is because there is very much increase in the blood pressure also the level of the cholestrol may also get increase and the level of the blood-glucose in the body gets decrease which may also affects certain other system as well as the organs of the body. As it affects the blood vessels and also the nerves which may result in the damage of the other system of the body.

As of now there is no medication available which can cure the diabetes but there are many madication which will recover the function of the body to the normal level which has been affected by the diabetes.

The treatment required for the diabetes may include the balanced diet, physical activity, The drug treatment is also given whch is taken orally by the patient which include Metformin, Sulphonylureas and other medications.
