Part 1>
Home Telehealth is basically improving the patient's conditions by using wireless healthcare units along with telecommunication technologies remotely. It uses wide range of products that help to examine the condition of patient & then advise them accordingly & to take actions accordingly; these actions are also monitired by them regularly. Patients who are far from hospitals & cannot afford heavy hospitalzation bills, this is best way to have a safe, authenticated & trusted way to be treated & that too hassel free. Patient would not have to wait for hours in hospital; they can rest in their homes & wait for their consulation & treatment. No money would be wastedin travel part.

Responsibility:- Telecommunication services are responsible. proper doctors should be appointed & proper devices has to be used for communcation & advisory.

Structure:- Online commnication of helath related activites are done across the globe anytime. It can resolve problems mere by having a conversation on tele service. More advisable in rural areas

Funded:- Govermental Bodies; OAT (Office for Advancement of telehealth)

Day Hospital:-
Day hosiptal is a part of health section wherein patient can come can be assessed, treated & advised during the day timings & can return home or to other facility during night. Generally those who needs physically to be present in order to be assessd are the patients arrive in this facility & once treated can go back home.

Responisibilty:- The assigned doctor & nurses are totally responsible during day care for patients.

Structure:- It has availability during day only. Proper procedure needs to be followed; appointment must be taken prior consulting the doctor & it cannot be used during night; either you have to go home or refer to another facility.

Funded:- Privately funded, run by a company or a not-for-profit organisation..
