The cells which produce the mucous called the goblet cells.
And the seromucous glands also produce caugh.
2-left lung have have the cardiac notch which shares the space with heart that accomodate the Apex of heart.
3- when an child aspirate a small toy it will sometimes enter in wrong way in windpipe or sometimes in the left lung bcoz of the anatomy bcoz the left lung have the more space connection to bronchai and the left lung is situated down as compared to right thats why all the object will enter in left lung.
4-The alveoli is made up of two type of cell type 1and type 2 pneumatic which contains the epithelial cells(single squamous epithelial )
So the epithelial subtype tissue involved in lining of alveoli
