Short-term erobics , long-term aerobic and resistance training programs are effective treatments for knee osteoarthritis.Weight bearing aerobic exercise like walking may be difficult initially for knee OA patients who have significant pain thus start with short bouts of exercise and include several rest periods when the patient has progressed to 30 or 40 minutes of walking will improve adherence.Resistance training exercises between periods of walking is effective. Intensity of the exercise intervention may differ depending on the desired outcomes. If the goal is making exercise a part of a healthy lifestyle, then continued participation is more important than intensity.
2.Insulin wiil help him to control blood glucose levels by sending signal to the liver and muscle and fat cells to take in glucose from the blood. Insulin helps cells to take in glucose to use it as energy. If the body has ample amount of energy,then insulin signals the liver to take up glucose and store it as glycogen.
