Choose Webcasts and then Archived Webcasts from the drop-down menu. Click on the link for one of the webcasts and listen to at least 15 minutes of the presentation. Prepare responses to the following:  

a) Which webcast did you listen to?

b) As a professional trainer, provide several positive observations about the webcast, including some discussion of why you viewed these things as positive.

c) As a professional trainer, provide several negative observations about the webcast, including some discussion of why you viewed these things as negative.

As a professional trainer, would you recommend the use of website archives as part of your training programs? Why/why not? Would you recommend the use of live webcasts? Why/why not?

b) As a professional trainer, I truly believe that there are various positive observations in this webcast :

It shows that people, if connected by cultural programs, could lead to a better prospect than one has ever dreamed of, giving a better outcome eventually.

c) However there are several negative things too.

Also, even though Craig's framework navigates smoothly, the facts could be more complex in reality. As the structure changes drastically during acquisition phase, often leaving numerous unanswered questions.

I would personally recommend the website archives as part of my training programs, as it helps in understanding the basic roots with analytical approach in a best possible way.

And the live webcasts are also recommended as it gives real time scenario in an interactive manner to share and discuss on a common platform with multiple solutions.
