1.chemical, neural regulation, pressures, acid base balance regulate respiration mainly by controlling our rate of respiration. The many regulatory methods control the nerves supplying respiratory muscles and this In turn control our respiration by making us hyper ventilate and hypo ventilate.

2. The difference in anatomy between normal COPD people are there will be inflammation in respiratory tract and also mucus plugs are accumulated.

The treatment includes bronchodilator and steroids to reduce inflammation and open the airways.

3. In upper respiratory tract we have cilia to to throw away the foreign particle by sneezing and coughing. Whereas in lower respiratory tract we have pulmonary alveolar macrophages which help in destroying foreign particles and also secretion of immunoglobulin prevents infection.
