A transplant is an organ, tissue or a group of cells removed from one person (the donor) and transplanted into another person (the recipient) or moved from one site to another in the same person.

1.organs – heart, kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, stomach and intestine

tissue – cornea, bone, tendon, skin, pancreas islets, heart valves, nerves and veins

cells – bone marrow and stem cells

limbs – hands, arms and feet

Example A kidney transplant is a surgical procedure that's done to treat kidney failure. The kidneys filter waste from the blood and remove it from the body through your urine. They also help maintain your body's fluid and electrolyte balance.

2.currently I am neither a tissue donor nor an organ donor .because I want to donate it within my relatives .luckily everyone is sound by health among my relatives.i have submitted a proposal to donate my eyes to eye bank when I will die.

3.i will become an organ or tissue donor if i am sound by health .I must be from disease such as HIV infection, active cancer, or a systemic infection. Even with an illness, i will not be able to donate my organs or tissues.One donar can save many lives at least 8 lives .And if the recipient is poor I will feel immense pleasure to donate my organs free of cost.
