ans 1...skin of palm of hands has a extra layer of stratum lucidem which is not present at back of hand.

moreover hair follicles are present on back of hand and not in palm.

ans 2...the hair on back of forearm are coarse,thick,larger lenth and are more in number whereas at the front the hairs are smaller in lenth,thin.

the distribution of hairs is such that these are present at full lenth at back of forearm but in front of forearm,these are relatively less or we can say abscent at wrist.

ans 3...keratin is the protein which makes the hair.hair follicle give rise to hairs.the hair bulb form the base of the hair follicle.in this hair follicles the cells devide and give rise to shaft of hair.
