1- This condition is also known as pressure ulcers or bedsores.
2- It occured particularily on buttocks because of a continuous preesure over her skin by pelvic bones, at such an old age muscles degrades as protein chains starts to break down very fastly and no cushion is left between hard bones and delicate skin. moreover a woman so old find it difficult to move and also she is bed ridden.
3-Prevention is Antibacterial drugs, Anti pain medications, cleaning wound and removal of dead tissue regularily, keeping ulcers in flowing air so that it can dry fastly and person recovers, frequent body movement.
