Answer:- Our blood consists of red and white blood cells, platelets and plasma. On the Red blood cells surface, antigens are present. An antigen is any substance that causes the immune system ( white blood cells) to produce antibodies which fights with target antigens particularly the foreign objects.
The ABO blood grouping system refers to the genetically-determined individual differences in the presence of antigens And B, which stimulate the production of different antibodies. Thus this ABO blood group system is used to determine the different types of antigens in the red blood cells and antibodies in the plasma. The Rh factor is also a protein that is found on the surface of the red blood cells. If red blood cells have this protein, blood group is Rh positive. If blood cells don't have this protein, blood group is said to be Rh negative.
Physiological of Patent with 1 blood type is A+:- The surface of the red blood cells in blood sample 1 contains A antigen, and the plasma has anti-B antibody that would attack any foreign B antigen containing red blood cells. Therefore there is agglutination with anti A serum ( antibodies) . Also red blood cells in sample have Rh protein, it shows agglutination with anti Rh serum thus blood group is Rh positive.
Physiological of patent 6 blood type is B- :- The surface of the red blood cells of blood sample 2 contains B antigen, and the plasma has anti-A antibody that would attack any foreign A antigen containing red blood cells. Therefore there is agglutination with anti B serum ( antibodies ). Absence of Rh protein on Red blood cells give negative test for agglutination with anti Rh serum.
