Ans 1...In monocular vision only one eye can take up the visual field presented.but with binocular vision their is overlap of visual field bacuse eyes are close together.bimocular vision has greater perception of depth and this vision can better distinguish the distance of an object.binocular vision allow us to view the world in three dimension

Ans 2...Central vision is when your eyes look straight ahead covering three degrees of our visual field.it allows us to drive ,read and see details sharply and it also helps us to estimate distance in the path ahead.

Prephral vision is also know as the side vision .It allows us to see objects which are outside the direct line of vision

Role of vision in movement is very crucial.the movement performed must concide with the result of what is being seen.for example in catching a ball one must perform movement by estimating the distance speed ,the approach of ball etc and that can be only done if the approaching ball is being seen.The optic nerve send signal to brain for what the eyes sees.then the CNS process this information and send signal to the motor system of the action required in response to the stimulus.

Ans 2..b..To approach a cup first both central and peripheral vision will be used to localise the cup that whether it lies in the direct path or not .After seeing the cup,the distance between you and the cup is estimated by the central vision now this information is sent to brain which process and send further signal to motor system that is our hand to approach and pic that cup.

Ans 3..The spatial and temporal eye hand coupling suggest commonly shared information between the neural pathway underlying the control of eyes and hand movement .The common information could form if the two pathways exchange and match the spatial and temporal information.
