There are cities that negate the existence of mental help,going out to the psychologist is considered a stigma which makes the individual deal or not deal with the problem themselves.In such cases,online counseling really helps and nowadays some psychologists provide free or even low cost sessions for people like Magda. There are helplines available as well which she can make use of and some of them even provide the benefit of anonymity.Also,a lot of non profit organizations are working towards helping people from such countries,where mental illness is not recognized or even people belonging to lower socio economic status.to provide them an opportunity to seek help from them.
