My english teacher Mrs Jose was the most innovative mentor. She encouraged each of her students to read more and gain knowledge to acquire information as well as to be able to present in front of others when needed. She was very creative in delivering her lectures. She included many new techniques like memory games and role plays so that her students can assimilate the acquired knowledge easily. Her class was always interactive which made it interesting to learn. She never imposed lessons on students rather she discussed the topic in a way where students were an active part of it making it communicative. This gives us an idea as to how important communication is for learning. The students thinking is restructured by such classes. The restructured thinking helps the students to alter their response to learning in a positive way and even more quickly. Communicating is thus an excellent model of learning.
