1)Firstly , we will know what is exactly project management. So any task that requires some preparation to achieve a successful outcome, will probably be done better by using a few project management methods somewhere in the process. Project management methods can help in the planning and managing of all sorts of tasks, especially complex activities.

Project management is chiefly associated with planning and managing change in an organization, but a project can also be something unrelated to business - even a domestic situation, such as moving house, or planning a wedding.

Project management methods and tools can therefore be useful far more widely than people assume.

Projects can be various shapes and sizes, from the small and straightforward to extremely large and highly complex.

Suppose if you have 100 people in your team and you have a project which is need to finish at right time . At this point project management skills will be used. In project management firstly we assign work to each member and make sure that he/she will done it at the right time.

The role of Start time is very crucial. It will decide the successfully completion time. Suppose if I have only a month to finish my project and I start my project after 15days without having any right procedure then the project we will get after 15days would be not that much great.

If we start the same project at right time, then ee will execute it successfully.

If project get completed two or four days before then we have few days to review the project and correct it before submission.

If we finish the project at last day then we will

have no time to review it and make corrections if something is not correct in the project .

2) Role of software in project management is so many.

1) It can help us to execute logically.

2) It will save our time.

3) so many Statistical analysis with large data manege by software.

4) Give more precise results.

5) If operator learn how to use software then it would become very easy to handle huge data.
