Addressing the problem of technology access for students can be done by adopting novel classroom instructional techniques allowing us to share our one computer or Internet connection with all of the students. Having cooperative groups, learning centers or dynamic teacher presentations are a few such techniques which can be very effective. Taking a "class field trip to the Library or Media Center that has the internet access. Place the shared resources such as the Laptops on carts so that they can be moved from one classroom to another. Use of Home or Community Centers is another option.
