Simon effect suggests that reaction to stimulus is faster and more accurate if location of stimulus occurs in same relative location as response.
Another experimental group
Person was to respond by pressing right or left based on sound he receive in one of the ears.
When sound was in right ear to press right key then response was faster when sound in right ear asked for pressing left keys.
The conflict between location and response needed I.e. right ear and left key resulted in more processing time .
