Lotto is a Neuroscientist TED talk is Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, TED talk is a small talk that lasts under 18 minutes, to avoid chances of minds wandering or daydreaming.

No one is an outside observer of nature’s Beau Lotto is talking about the optical illusion and is a brain opener it talks about how we see the world and interpret the world around us. We can't normally see how our brain works. According to Lotto, there is no inherent meaning to any information it is a new meaning to the information landing on our retinas each moment and what we do with that information that matters.

Ecology is relations of organisms to one another and to their surrounding what we see depends upon statistics of past experience and what it was useful and interprets giving meaning to a particular thing under that situation. According to his talk game, it shows we shape the world by the pure power of perception and can give meaning to it according to the way we look at it, With TED talk he wants to explain that it holds a great power for health, healing, politics and universal peace. Every individual defined by his environment and his interaction with that environment, like different people, carries a different view of the same event.
