Explanation / Answer

In at least 8 complete sentences, explain the similarities and differences in your scores compared to the others who took the survey. Be sure to explain why the scores may have varied from one person to another.

My score was 46. This is an indication that on an average my responses for questions have been between 2 & 3 which somewhat disagrees and is neutral respectively for the questions asked. Out of the 18 questions, there is a shade of more questions for which I have responded that coerced confessions are not as rampant as they are perceived to be. This indicates that I need more awareness about the validity of coerced confessions and how police interrogations do generate confessions where innocent people unknowingly confess to crimes.

The scores of Person 1 (57) and the scores of Person 2 (58) indicate that they have an almost neutral standing for all questions and slightly lean towards believing that coerced confessions are indeed high and that many innocent people, due to lack of awareness confess to even serious crimes.
