Recently I had discussion with my father about my further study , what I am going to do and in which field in am going to pursue my career. It was an emotional talk , between father and son . Though ,we discussed many things but our important topic of discussion was regarding my career . I convinced my father by doing emotional talk with him and I told him this will be my best decision in life and I won't regret it . And he said ,and told me to pursue what ever career I like .
I have used informal communication channel . Me and my father were having lunch and we were sitting on the table and talking to each other . This helped me alot ,as my father was fresh and was eating his foods his mood was good during that time . So I tried to engage with him in an emotional talk in the lunch table and it helped .
Though , my mother was also sitting with us ,she tried to convince my father not ti give in permission, that it can harm my entire career ,if I will take decision . But I convinced my father with my emotional talks .My mother was interference .
