The Competing Values Framework indicates the four types of culture such as: flexibility & individuality, external focus, stability & control, and internal focus for both actual and preferred situation.   On the basis of the Competing Values Framework, my organization culture is related to first dimension place the values of flexibility & individuality (Bart, 2011). The flexibility & individuality culture indicates that my organization is expressing adaptation, change, and organic processes that mean my organization’s people or management are ready to   adopt any necessary changes that are beneficial for the organization. In my organization, manager or leader encourages employees to changes or innovation through providing them flexibility at workplace that is effective cultural way because it contributes into the success of the business.

In recent times, to consider the primary ethical perceptive is the necessary aspect of making good business decision. It is necessary for the organizations to follow the business ethical aspects while taking or making the decision related to operation or the business. In my organization, manager or leader always collects the views or perceptions of the stakeholders and considers the interests of all stakeholders while making decisions related to the organization (Bart, 2011). Consider the ethical perspective or ethical business aspects during making decision are increasing the probability of the success of the decision.

Organizational culture plays major role to follow the ethical code of conducts in the organization. If the employees and management communicate or coordinate together then there is high probability to maintain ethics or follow code of ethics in the organization (Bart, 2011). Ethics have impact on the organizational culture through bound the manager or leader to consider the interests of all stakeholders while making decision. Ethics also bound people to follow code of ethics that play important role to maintain culture and contribute success in the organization.
