Ans. 1

The Drug Enforcement Agency is a federal agency which evaluate records, reports and medication details. The inspector need to verify some records such as DEA form 12, DEA receipt, Original records from premises, Documents of controlled substances etc.

Ans. 2

I think pouring them into toilet and flushing is not a good way to dispose outdated drugs because it could be harmful for bacteria living in water and also can cause soil and water pollution, I would suggest the manager to dispose these drugs in safe ways and insist him to follow medical ethics and rules.

Ans. 3

The prescription and medicine selling from one store to another store is normal situation but it must be kept in proper records and should be verified by DEA inspector and other related institution. These prescription details is very important during inspection as well pharmacy manager for personal information.
