As discussed in Topic 1, effective leaders apply various leadership tactics depending upon the contexts in which they find themselves. Consider the leadership tactics, traits, or models you find yourself drawn to as a leader. Why are you drawn to these particular tactics, traits, or models? How do they interconnect with your own personal, moral, ethical, or religious beliefs? Do you think the personal, moral, ethical, or religious beliefs of leaders can interfere with their ability to effectively lead? Why or why not?

Leading by example is the basic tactic that I would like to use. I believe this is the correct way to lead a team being yourself the first person doing the work.It is also important to recognize your team members when they succeed at something, make it public, if they fail then talk with them in private do not embarrass them in front of the entire office.
It’s a relationship of mutual respect, in our company we have a big percent of diversity among employees, there is no discrimination because of your religious beliefs, we all learn from each other.
Yes, the personal, moral, ethical, or religious beliefs of leaders can interfere with their ability to effectively lead. for example, if a leader belongs to a religion where its ok to treat other people below you disrespectfully or has different ethical standards than usual leaders have then it would affect his ability to lead due to the fact his members will not follow him
