Organizational behavior is a field that draws heavily on the disciplines of psychology, anthropology, sociology, economics and political science. Using at least three specific scriptures to support your assertions, provide one or more unique perspectives that a Biblical worldview would contribute to the field of organizational behavior and management. In other words, tell how a Christian or Biblically-based worldview will cause one to think of management and OB differently from someone without these bases.

Christian and Biblical society depends upon the managment principles laid down by the the head of the organization who further appoints executives under him to work in a coordinated and harmonious way.The management executive(namely steward ) is explained all set of rules by the head and he or she has to obey the rules and run the system under him with proper vigilance and control.The person has to take care of all the things and further has to report the positive and negative aspects to the head as and when he is informed to report them.The person has to maintain regulation and authority on the basis of rules laid down by the head with further emphasis of maintaining discipline with strict behavior for which their is a reward if report analyses the work of the person to be effective and is directed towards the benefit and profit of the organization which is decided by the head of the organization. The rules and principles in such organization teach the principles of honesty, discipline, humanity, truthfulness and dedication for the work in the organization without deception, cheating and trickery as depicted in the studies of bible and christianity by Harris Blamires. This perspective is different from the modern basis of organizational theory in which their is division of work among different colleagues with the discussion of important points and ways to implement the work in the organization with precision, support,help and coordination without the perspective and feeling of one person attaining total power and authority and claim for all the merit and advantages of the positive happenings and situations in the organization which comes under the organizational theory of management in contrast to christian rules of managment.

According to the Clinton theory of emergency leadership managment also has set of rules which explain that the head of the teaching academic organization is like God and he has the potential to execute and lay the foundation for the benefit and progress of workers in the organization along with external, internal and inner feeling conscious factors which help in the development of working potential of workers in the organization rather than the principles of organizational behaviour theory of managment depending on the teamwork, hardwork,cooperation and self-regulation authority for development of the management organization.Further extra-curricular activities, meetings ,conferences and scientific seminar are organized by the christian organization for the overall development of the students in the school of learning with focus on the integration of christianity in schools and churches throughout the world.

Further work of Nelson claims three imporatnt parts in the development of christianity.First one is the understanding coordination and compatibility in the discussion of scientific principles,second is the conversion of these scientific assumptions,hypothesis and views into reality with the help of important coordinated and understood scientific experiments without bias and prejudice , third one is the repair and reconstruction of important diagreements and arguments in support of scientific principles for the coordination of all the scientific people involved in the development of theory with justification.

Further Sinnema theory discusses the integration of christian principles and rules with further emphasis on personal communication skills and relations in work organization in comparison to organizational management theory in work situations.
