a) Mental Health is not taken seriously in most parts of the world including bin my culture
b) People have to be literally pushed to believe that they have mental health issues and they need help.
c) They are either isolated or get too much attention.
d) It is not important to visit a therapist, you can speak to friends over a couple of drinks and sort out things and those unwilling to sort out will never be willing to.
e) it is always ok to share mental health experiences whenever we feel stuck and need help.
f) Most people haven't accessed them, in case they have, they have found the professionals very friendly and caring.
g) Generally, when it is at thr extreme situations beyond any control and they are pushed by friends etc to take help.
h) Psychiatrists are the first choice either in public or private hospitals.
