a - I think the strategy of Apple is somewhat like this because they are very much unpredictable in their approach towards business and it is almost impossible for their competitors to understand what they are actually up to. They have been creative and unique in their approach towards the product they introduce and there are various organizations who follow them but that is after the product has already been launched. I believe this unpredictable nature of Apple makes it unique and stand out from the crown.

b - I think Zappos is an example of such an organization where the leader established a trust among its resources, like the customers and also the employees. They focus on customer service a lot and also believe that employees are the backbone of the organization and maintain a healthy relationship with employees, so that they feel connected with the organization and be productive for the organization.
