Researchers gave 162 students enrolled in computer courses a test that measured computer anxiety and another that measured computer aptitude. Both were given at the beginning of the course. Student performance in the course was measured by the grades they earned in the course. Computer aptitude was correlated with course grade at .41 (p < .01) for one course and .13 (p<not significant) for other. correlation of computer anxiety and course grade were .01 and .16 (p< not significant).

The results obtained in the present study reveal that significant positive correlation is found between computer aptitude and grade in one course (r=.41; p<.01). This means that better course grades are significantly poistively associated with computer aptitude. In other words, it may be concluded that if an individual gets good grades in one course then the person will be having a good command over computer. However, other course is not found to be significantly related with computer aptitude (r=.13; p- not significant)
The results also revealed that there exists no significant poistive correlation among computer anxiety and grades in courses (r=.01; p- not significant). This indicates that there is no association between computer anxiety and grades that one gets in various courses.
It may be concluded that computer aptitude and command in one course is associated with each other. Also there exists no relationship between computer anxiety and grades one gets.
