Two most important concepts are:
Positioning: Which means creating a particular image about your product in the minds of the customer, this exactly corresponds to what your target customers think of your product.
Social Marketing: Social media marketing is one of the cheapest and most effective strategies for marketing and reaching untapped customers.
Positioning can be applied to my current job as we are launching a new product and hence positioning the product in the minds of target audience is a huge task and this concept will help me doing this job.
Also social media marketing would be used to market that new product, Facebook page can be made and that product can be reached to the untapped customers.
