What policies might you create? The following things have to be done to ensure diversity at the workplace.

> Ensure that there are equal opportunities for all the employees irrespective of culture, country, gender. They should be treated based on their performance alone during performance appraisals, promotions ,etc

> Policies should be enforced which ensure that there is no discrimination and harrasment at work place.

> Employees have to made sensitised about respecting others. They should be made aware of benefits of working in a diversified team.

> Top management should follow equality and set as an example.

With changing global conditions, exchange of workforce has become very common and there are many advantages linked to it. All this makes it important to ensure a culture at workplace which ensures diversity. First step in ensuring diversity is to create a work environment where people are not discriminated on this basis.
