Explanation / Answer

At some conditions and circumstances where organisation or the patient is asking to be involved in an unethical or illegal process, employee has a right to refuse in the participation in the procedure.
If the specific condition is against the contract of the employee or outside of his work expertise, employee has the full right to refuse for the specific job as it would affect the specific procedure at a very large scale and would be totally unethical.

As per the ethical code of conduct, nurses do have a right to question ok that is being rendered to the patient if the care which is being provided to the patient is unethical or malpractice. Nurses cannot implement changes into the care and health care procedures but they can questions the specific conditions as they are also trained for providing the best care to the patient and if they find anything wrong in the specific procedure, they can ask and question that specific procedure to the health care facility are the respected authority is.

Employment at will concept is definitely and advantage to the businesses. It gives full control to the organisations over employment of the employees. Sometime this concept is used unethically to fire the employees who question who the organisation for the specific malpractices going in the Healthcare facility.
This concept is not appropriate but sometimes it's necessary to remove the Employees with performance as well as behaviour problems. This concept can be considered inappropriate as it directly limits the overall rights of an employee towards the organisation and generates a feeling of fear of getting fired from the organisation for whistle blowing or doing something right against the malpractices done by the organisation.

Responsibilities of the employees include showing compassion to the patient as well as providing accurate patient care to a level where the patient does not feel lack of hospitality. Provision of the Healthcare services to the patient should be done according to the hospital care facility policies as well as it should also comply with the specific job description. Unethical behaviour should be instantly reported and working the team spirit is needed for the organisation as a responsibility to provide extensive support and service to the patient which directly increases the healthcare facility's image in a patient's mind and would leave a positive impact by using the specific care and Standards.

Building a spirit of teamwork is very essential for any caregiving organisation. By successfully implementing different communication strategies into the organisation and increasing the personal relationship between the employees would very beneficial. Implementation of different events and practices would also increase a better team management. Electronic record system and common sharing between the team would also increase the level of understanding of the data being provided to the team which would also benefit the team work at a positive scale. Creating a proper code of conduct and code of ethics would be beneficial for a team to do more ethical services as well as to increase overall communication between the organisation which would benefit the team work in a positive way and improve the quality of patient care.
