Each of these athletes always focuses on lifting as much weight as possible, seems impatient with conducting training sessions in a proper fashion (including proper warm-up exercises), and always seems to be impatient with the process of strength training and conditioning.

First of all the training technique should be given more importance , overloading should be avoided. Equipments should be chosen wisely. Safe and upgraded equipments should be used for training purpose. Proffessional sipervision is mandatory. Stress should be avoided. Athletes should be assesed individually with the help of cue utilization theory.Movement analysis, injury analysis and physioligical analysis should be done time to time.Goal setting can be very useful and motivating. It will decrease the chances of physical injuries by letting the athlete solely concentrate on what they want from the game.Each athlete should be able to identify their goals.
Periodization involves progressive cycling of various aspects of a training program during a specificperiod each year. So the systematic goal setting implemented via periodization will be a really usrful tool to prevent overtraining by systematically altering the training stimulus. Variety in training during periodization will break monotony and decrease the chances of injuries.
