Sub: HC Outstanding Student Award
Dear Dr. Jones,
With reference to this year’s HC Outstanding Student Award I would like to propose my nomination for this year’s award. My nomination is for one of our star students – Mr. John Kipling. Kipling has demonstrated outstanding academic as well as extracurricular achievements.
Let me start with outlining Mr. Kipling’s academic achievements and his academic outlook and attitude. Mr. Kipling has consistently been in the top five percentile of his batch. He has represented our college and won laurels in many debates and quiz competitions. He also works while attending to his studies and aspires to be finance professional. His interest lies in the field of investment banking and I can personally vouch for his sharp and strong grasp of the theories and concepts of finance.
Mr. Kipling has amply demonstrated that he has high level of soft skills development and this has been applied productively by him in his years as a student here. He has demonstrated a high degree of flexibility and the way he has balanced his academics with his part time work responsibilities is a proof of this. He has applied his learning style to different situations. He has also demonstrated high degree of optimism, motivation and persistence. His sense of self-discipline is high and he has always demonstrated a strong work ethic. He is willing to work hard and does not shy away from his responsibilities and work load.
Mr. Kipling has demonstrated his brilliance in not only on the academic front but also through his extracurricular activities and achievements. As mentioned earlier he has represented our college and won laurels in many debates and quiz competitions. He is also the editor of the student’s year book.
Keeping in mind that Mr. Kipling has been able to integrate his soft skills with his sharp intellect I would like to nominate him for this year’s HC Outstanding Student Award. His thirst for knowledge and his willingness to constantly improve will only make him achieve greater heights in the future.
Best Regards,
Charles Fisher (Business Technology Instructor)
