A. Strongly Agree – Training programs help in gaining knowledge of the business and real time work problems which can arise. Thus, after training employees can handle work related problems more efficiently.
B. Somewhat agree – People before joining training programs generally think about the content of the program and how it will improve my work. By going through the training, step by step employees will earn the content and its usefulness.
C. Strongly Agree- After training programs, job performance of employees gets improved. Employees will get better idea of work issues/ challenges and best solutions for them which increase their work performance.
D. Somewhat Disagree- It is realistic to believe that if you do well in the training programs then it will improve your work productivity because of increased understanding of the work.
E. Strongly Agree- I am usually able to use my training acquired skills in my work.
F. Somewhat Agree- There are some problems in daily life work which is not been considered in training programs.
G. Strongly Agree- Before attending the training program, I usually identify the problems which I would take up for discussion in the training program.
Training program is very important if employees are motivated to learn about different work in different departments. They will handle the work of other departments if asked in any urgency. It will improve their overall performance and chances of promotion as it will result in multi-tasking.
