Subject- Mass shooting in US schools (Stone man Douglas County school shooting).

Introduction- a 19-year-old guy open gunfire and killed 17 persons, this was the burning event for Florida. The guy named Nicolas Cruz was accused as the perpetrator of this shooting massacre. The gun culture in the US is now experiencing serious problems and come with new face day by day, according to criminal records, the mass shooting killed more people than organized crime in the US. Short term protests and long debates on gun culture began in the country but still not getting large support from society due to personal interests.

The sociological view- US is an open and diverse society, people living in America experienced many wars, internal security problems, crimes and life threats so that they believed in self-protection, past few years the accessibility to firearms increased the serious security threats to school and college students, the sociological perspective regarding gun culture is facing long-term impact over society and working as a key factor to prepare debate over constitutional rights and social rights.

The sociological theories of pragmatism, realism, and utilitarianism help us to understand the social impact as well as human approaches towards culture and current sociological scenarios.
