Think of a conflict that did NOT end in a win-win in the past. Apply these 12 steps to that conflict and explain how each step can relate to resolving that conflict with a win-win outcome.
Explanation / Answer
Basic question of conflict arose when someone finds that his or she is not getting expected result or benefit. Or in case of non physical asset his existence get underestimate which indirectly or directly develop conscious of guilt or or being insulted.
Most of cases conflict is result of poor communication in which sender and or receiver both subjects fail to either code and or decode the object hidden in message.
Solution to encounter conflict , proper communication may result in to conflict resolution.
1 Human factor . Both communicator must be of equal caliber to understand expectation of each other.
2 Technology factor. selection of each words & its presentation should be very precious with proper approach
3 Environmental factor. Presence of mind, time, place changes the meaning of language and may result adversely.
4 Political factor. Underestimation to individual tend to develop prejudice and develop silence which explode under uncontrollable feelings, hence democratic way of decision making encounter conflict at earlier stage.
5 Social factor . Early human was considered as machine, but later it get observed human is active element and know meaning of respect, praise, work satisfaction. And absence of this protocol result in negligence toward seriousness of issue. Hence there must be right question to right person and at right place with appropriate time.
