positive health behaviour:
1. Taking more organic food which is free from any chemical and are more nutritious .
2. Drinking 4 liter water every day which increase energy and relieve fatigue, boosts immune system.
3.Regular excersize and avoiding cholesterol food and fast food for maintaince proper health hygiene.
Bad health Behaviour:
1. Not getting enough sleep in hostel life .
2.taking stress and tension with small problem due over protection of family and not taking independent decision.
3 . Skipping Breakfast regularly for late waking in morning and also not having interst due to poor quality breakfast.
4.Smoking is one of the major negetive health Behaviour that have been addicted through peer group.

Excersize Intervention
Excersize interveInter are very useful to reduce risk of cardiovascular and chronic back pain.
1.Squat(5minitues)
2.calf raises(3 minitues)
3.plank(5mintues)
4.Jogging(8 minitues)
5. Suspended push up (5 minitues).
These are different kind excersize in my routine.
Step-3
Pizza, Magi , Burger, Fry Chicken, Fish, Momo, jalebi etc .
yes, there have affect in family diet . Because family never allow such kind junk or species food . mostly they have panned less cholesterol and more nutritious food like eggs , apple, salmon ,etc.
Step-4
There are necessary several changes which beneficial for health like
1. Take proper diet regularly
2.Avoid junk food
3.Regular one hour excersize
4.Take minimum 6 hours healthy sleep.
5.keep away from procrastination and be a good discipline and free from mental stress.
6.cut down statuarated fat like salt, sugar and became more healthy.
