Some of the most important reasons for conducting job analysis are:

It clearly defines what exactly the job is, what are the expectation and requirements to complete that job successfully i.e. it gives a lot more clarity.

It clearly states that what all qualification are necessary and mandatory for a job to get finished successfully and hence it helps a lot in staffing.

It will show that any specific skill is necessary or not and if yes then a particular framework of training is designed to ensure that everybody is on the same page and the employee hits the floor running.

Labor laws and all sort of legal constraints are also analyzed, and it is made sure the organization comply by all these rules.

Job analysis helps in deciding the pay package. Since the job titles, position of person, the nature of job every time differs and each category differs from one to another when it comes to pay package. Hence it is important.

Job analysis helps in designing the human effort and get the best possible output from an employee.

Job analysis helps in providing the right type of training when a person join the company

It helps in analysing the fitment of an employee to the particular role

Job Analysis helps to know the timeline in which a task can be completed

Job Analysis helps in making the performance appraisal of a person

A perfect job analysis helps to know the stability of a person to the task.

Through Job analysis we can come to know if the person selected will be able to perform the task looking at the difficulty of the job nature.

2) When I try to compare the reasons I have given and my other classmates have given it gives more weightage in my reasons. The reasons what my classmates have given most likely focusses on recruitment and candidate’s fitment for the particular job. It does not really indicate about what fitment required after the recruitment to perform the job. The reasons what I have given includes both before recruitment and after recruitment. Both the topics have been covered. It gives better clarity on what are the things needs to be take care off during job analysis and the points what the class mates are covered are not really sufficient

3) The reason what I have given helps to prepare a robust plan. Since the points I have given throws more light on pre and post recruitment and it covers almost all the topics to be reviewed during the job analysis this helps in preparing a robust analysis. When any analysis is done, all the areas needs to be covered and my reasons covers most of them.
