RE: Sect. 1 Week 15 DQ 13: A bare minimum of care
I agree with you that it is their problem, but I would not go as far as to say that "everyone knows". I'm not certain a lot of people do. Not to argue with your logic necessarily, but I actually think that education of finances and the health care system is fairly lacking in our nation. Also I would say that their are many who are forced into retirement, and therefore I'm not certain that it is just for them. Although, I don't know that we will ever be able to find a system of health care that is just for every last people group. It's a tough one.
Explanation / Answer
The pursuit of a healthcare system that is just for every citizen is indeed a difficult challenge. However, if this broad goal is not kept in mind, amendments made in the system would not favour all parties involved. Healthcare is every individual’s basic right and therefore the interest of all should be taken into consideration during the creation of a healthcare system.
