Personality is the backbone of a person through which a person represents himself or herself to the society. Thus it shows the picture of the personality that how a person thinks or how they behaves or interact in the society. Personalities are developed through the social self which keeps changing depending on the experience that the person gathers from day to day interactions but inner traits does not get changed. So though the personality changes , thoughts or beliefs through which the thought process acts and reacts never changes . As the person grews up in the society and they passes on through the different phases like toddlers, kids, adolescents, adults they feel the requirements of change to bring in their personality thus to reach a goal that they targeted to reach. Leadership is one of the most attractive goal to reach for allmost all the personalities just because of the imagination and self concept that leaders can communicate easily in the society and their popularity helps them to achieve the requirements very easily without hurdles. But to be very frank , leaders who are successful as called in the society are most adjustable than a normal person in the society. That leader personality changes several times as they felt the hurdles in the communications and finally which turns their social self such more adjustable in nature. Good communiaction skills which are logical to the general public is much more required to be a successfull leader and secondly fulfilling commitments helps them to reach their popularity to a maximum levels.

Obstacles are generally at the social levels because when a person try to introduce something new to the society , the obstacles arises and it is most common because peoples are social animals and in this gatherings they follow a routine which is generally known to them , so introducing something new creates problems in their minds . Once the person gets popularity in the society peoples starts accepting him or her but to increase the popularity in the society that person has to be familair with the minds of the peoples he is dealing with and have to try to solve and sort out the problems .
