Here are my thoughts:

2. B: the protein is a polypeptide chain. Carbohydrates arenot abundantly found in the protein structure. They are unbranchedsequences of amino acids, forming a long chain which folds in onitself to create the structure.
3. E: all of these factors can affect protein folding. I knowfor sure pH plays a role because proteins can denature inenvironments outside their acceptable limits, and the sequencesthemselves are important to form hydrogen bonds and disulfidebridges within the chain in the secondary and tertiarystructures.
4. C: I believe this is correct. Carbs would be easier tobreak down due to the condensed glycosidic linkages. All the othermolecules are relatively stable, and so their half-lives(spontaneous breakdown of the molecule) would be longer.
5. E: just from organelle structure
6. A: if there is a lack of high energy ATP molecules, thenthe poisons affect the mitochondria, where stable ADP molecules arephosphorylated to form high energy ATP molecules.
