Three activities and changes i could start today is one eating more vegetables, stop putting myself in stressful situations, and start working out for 30 minutes every day. I barely eat any vegetables with any of my three meals for the day so that would probably be the biggest change. I eat lots of fruits so thats not an issue. When i say stressful situations i mean stop procrastinating my papers that i need to write for school. I already workout for 30 minutes every other day so that wouldn't be a big change in my life. I would probably begin by throwing away all the junk food in my house and no longer buy any at the store. I would reward myself by maybe going shopping at the end month if i was to achieve my activities.

Explanation / Answer

I would suggest that the three habits you should consider including are; Instead of start eating more vegetable you could say start eating healthy food. This would include eating more vegetables and getting rid of the habit of eating junk food. Instead of saying stop putting my self in stressful situations you could say that I want to enhance my skills to deal with stressful situations and thirdly, start on writing a gratitude journal.
