Brenda ignored hinm BRENDA FRANKLIN HAS WORKED AT ALLIED intend to make things less friendly. In fact, she didn't expect her list to attract much attention at all corner-cutting by the powerful.Explanation / Answer
1. The items posted on the list are morally acceptable. What Brenda has posted is ethically correct. This is because, these are some of the services provided by the company for the use of the company. And when people use it, that is against the ethics.
2. According to the utilitarian perspectives, the list does not benefit most of the people, as it is against the good will of most people, thus against utilitarian ethics. Whereas, for the kantian ethics, it is morally correct. The kantian ethics puts duty forward as the first and foremost priority. Hence, according to the kantian ethics the list is correct.
3. If someone is arguing that something listed in ethically dubious is actually employee entitlement, then they should get that clarified with Brenda as well as to where is that mentioned. It might be a case that Brenda would not know about the entitlements, and hence, if someone claims that some of these things are employee entitlements, they should show it to Brenda and clarify.
