Heightened attention-It is a milder state of arosal where the receptiveness of the cunsumer is increased.
Active information search -In this consumer actively search the information through various sources such as friends,internet and reading material etc.
So as per the question demands the six steps of the purchase process of the product Tesla S or X model and how the maketing can influence these six steps .The six stepts of consumerr decision making process are:
1)Problem Recognition-First of all,a person will think that his or her car is outdated and needs to buy new car as the present one is not fulfilling his needs.So the person recognized the problem and try to look in the market for purchasing .Thus the market of TESLA motors creates an opportunity by taking the time to “create a problem” for the customer, whether they recognize that it exists already or not, you’re starting the buying process. For this they will share facts and testimonials of what your product or service can provide.

6)Post Purchase Evaluation-Now in this consumer has purchased their TESLA S or X model as per they needed.But Now the customer must decide whether they are satisfied with the decision that was made or not. They evaluate.So they can only generalise the quality of the product after using it .If the consumer is not satisfed then a choice of return couls take place so that the loyality of the brand in the market has been continued .
