Explanation / Answer

Ans1) Primary disability is the attention deficit. Primary deficit is an injury caused to brain by external factors such as hitting etc. Mr Can must have had some accident in childhood. Psychosocial factors are non recognition of his parents to to such hyperactiveness, neither his teachers brought it into notice to his parents. Other difficulties can be the stress he is facing while holding a job which are not recognised.

Ans 2) I would explain Mr X's parents about his disorder or learning difficulty. Then I would ask them not to abandon him but to understand him and take him to some psychologist. Or share some tips such as exercise or meditation in order to reduce his hyperactiveness, therapies such as Cognitive behavioral therapy.

Ans3) I must check his family history, has he had some emotionally disturbing acts in the past. How much amount of TV was he watching. Any primariy disability he had had in childhood etc?
