Top 10 elements of leadership are as below:-
Clarity of vision:- This is very important as without having a clear vision, the leader will not be able to communicate effectively with the followers. This will motivate the leaders and followers to have a clear strategy and course of action
Visibility:- Successful leaders are always visible having a profound knowledge of their own behaviors and how their behaviors affect others
Engagement:- A successful leader is one who gets engaged with the followers effectively and efficiently both an emotional and logical level. This gives a ground on which a very strong relation is developed between the leader and the followers.
Courage:- An effective leader does not afraid of making bold decisions. This creates a very good image among the followers. The leaders should always question status quo and strive towards something new.
Integration:- A leaders should be able to integrate the different departments, individuals, and values into one strong so that the entire organization aims at a certain target
Communication:- It is quite vital for the leaders to be an effective communicator. This will create a good bonding, relationship, and image between the leader and the followers.
Value Creation:- A leader is one who strives to develop a value in each initiative which he or she takes. In order to do this, they need to regularly scan the environment
Learning:- A successful leader is one who always learns not only from his or her mistakes and past experience but also takes a note of mistakes and success of others.
