Explanation / Answer
1. According to law any adult who dates a minor girl below 16 years of age is considered to be a sexual offender. But in this case, the girl’s mother knows about it and she should have very well told the man that this relationship was not possible. She cooperated and the girl for some reason agreed to do it several times. So, in my opinion, it’s not just the man but the girl and the mother are also offenders and they need to be punished. The law and morality will not work together most of the time.
2. Anyone who is convicted as sexual offender will have a hard time in the society as everyone will look them like an alien who had come to abduct them all and rape them. He will have a hard time finding a life partner and kids because the kids will be ridiculed by others. He will have difficulty in finding a job as companies would keep the sex offenders away.
3. It’s definitely going to affect his entire social life because it takes lots of time for something negative to fade away. People without knowing the entire truth, will treat him only as a sex offender. He will have difficulty in making new friends but his existing friends, if they understand him well, will definitely stay with him. It’s natural for people to brand anyone with whom they are associated with. So, the chances are more that people will hesitate to associate with him.
