My style is more compromising with collaboration as well. I do agree with the results since my personality of being an introvert reflects that. I dont like confrontations and people displaying unnecessary negative emotions with each other so I do try to solve conflicts by using a mid-ground approach. I listen patiently both the parties and help them come at a solution. This test does provide a valuable insight into my personality traits reflecting my conflict managment style especially in work place as well as personal life. Compromising does involve giving up something but sometimes its necesaary to avoid conflicts. Collaboration is a win win approach which I always aim for.
